1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RepZeno mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RepZeno is a local-first fitness and nutrition tracking ecosystem designed to log workouts, analyze meals via AI, track biometric data, and optionally back up data to your personal Google Drive. The App operates primarily on a local database stored directly on your device.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

RepZeno is a tracking tool, not a medical professional. The App, including its AI-powered Body Analytics Engine and Nutrition Hub, provides estimates and automated analysis based on generalized algorithms. It is NOT intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or fitness professional before altering your diet, beginning a new exercise regimen, or making health-related decisions.

4. AI Capabilities and Limitations

The AI Nutrition Hub utilizes external cloud AI APIs to analyze photos and text. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis is an estimation and may not always correctly identify food items or macro-nutritional values. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the logged data.

5. Subscriptions and RepZeno Pro

RepZeno offers an optional premium subscription ("RepZeno Pro") that unlocks expanded AI capabilities, infinite photo galleries, and continuous metabolic forecasting.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account (depending on your device platform). By selecting a premium plan, you authorize Google Play or Apple App Store to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings (depending on where the subscription was initiated). Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All payments are handled by the respective platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store), and refunds are subject to their standard refund policies.
EULA Terms: By subscribing to RepZeno Pro on iOS, you acknowledge that you are bound by both these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. Data Ownership and Backups

You retain full ownership of all data inputted into RepZeno. Because the App is local-first, you are solely responsible for enabling the optional Google Drive backup feature to prevent data loss in the event of device failure or app uninstallation. We are not responsible or liable for any lost data.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services, or interfere with any other party's use of the App. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the App or its integrated APIs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS)

The App and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the AI estimations will be completely accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RepZeno, its developers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this App. Under no circumstances will RepZeno be responsible for any personal injury, property damage, data loss, or other injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the App or your account. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the past six months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RepZeno, its developers, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the App; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property right; or (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

11. Age Restrictions & Consent

RepZeno is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly permit use by children under 13.

12. Subscription Management and Easy Cancellation

You can manage, configure, or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your respective platform settings:

iOS App Store Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your RepZeno Pro subscription directly in your App Store Settings or by using the direct Apple subscription management portal: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Google Play Store Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription directly in your Google Play Store account settings.
